Aaron Kaczmarek
He has worked in education for over 28 years with twenty-five of those building leadership. He has been married for 32 years to his wife, and they have three wonderful boys and two grandchildren.
His philosophy is simple. If we work together (students, teachers, parents, and the community), our students will become successful members of society. He firmly believes that we must experience success, but our greatest achievements are those that have numerous obstacles to overcome. He also believes in giving children every opportunity to succeed in this educational environment, but we will also provide many challenges for them to overcome.
In his years as an educator, he has been recognized for several accomplishments regarding student growth and overall performance. Schools he has been involved with have been recognized for their academic excellence consistently performing at the top according to Arizona Department of Education, US News and Business and Arizona Education Foundation.
Two awards that directly correlate to this next endeavor in his career were when he received the outstanding support staff member award for Exceptional Student Services award and the Arizona Association of School Psychologist Administrator of the Year award.
