Krystal Schmier hails from the small town of Fort Benton, Montana, and attended Montana State University before making her way to Arizona. With a rich background spanning over two decades in business management, thirteen of which were dedicated to nurturing young minds at Las Sendas Elementary School, Krystal embodies a steadfast commitment to fostering a positive work environment.

Her philosophy centers around accessibility, recognizing the importance of being readily available to lend support and guidance to all in need. She firmly believes in cultivating a cohesive work family by promoting open communication and nurturing a team spirit that amplifies the effectiveness of every member.

Beyond her professional endeavors, Krystal finds joy in the role of a devoted mother to her two children. An avid lover of the great outdoors, she finds solace in exploring the majestic mountains or unwinding by the serene shores, depending on the whims of the moment.
