Taylor Esperanza
Originally from Washington State, Taylor moved to Arizona to complete her Bachelor’s degree in Educational Studies with an emphasis in Family and Childhood Development. Shortly after, she earned her Master’s in Special Education and Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) and became a BCBA.
Taylor has been working in the field of special education for over eight years, with the last four focused specifically on ABA. From the moment she stepped into this field, Taylor knew it was where she was meant to be. Each experience has strengthened her belief in the power of compassion, collaboration, and evidence-based practice to transform lives.
She is passionate about creating inclusive, empowering environments where every individual, regardless of background or ability, can thrive. Taylor’s goal each day is to bring light, hope, and meaningful change not only to the individuals she serves, but also to the families and support systems who walk alongside them.
Before her current role, Taylor had the joy of serving as the STEM and Culinary teacher at Polaris, where she fell in love with the organization’s mission and commitment to growth and inclusion. Outside of work, Taylor loves spending time outdoors… camping, hiking, traveling, discovering new cafés, or simply just hanging out with her puppy, Zeus. She also enjoys reading and soaking up as much sunshine!
